How people opt in to Stayager texts

Who gets these texts

Stayager sends account and work alerts by text message to people who use Stayager: property managers, owners, cleaners, maintenance staff and other team members with a Stayager account. Examples are sign-in codes, new booking alerts and task assignments. Nobody gets these texts unless they turn them on.

How to opt in

  1. Sign in to Stayager at app.stayager.com.
  2. Open Settings, then Notifications, and find Text message alerts.
  3. Enter a US mobile number.
  4. Check the consent box. It is unchecked until you check it. Next to it you see the full disclosure quoted below.
  5. Select Turn on text alerts. Stayager saves the time, the number and the exact wording you agreed to, then sends one confirmation text.

Text alerts are optional. You don't need them to use Stayager, and agreeing is not a condition of any purchase.

The opt-in form

Messages you can expect

Confirmation, sent once after you opt in:

Stayager: You're signed up for account and work alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Examples of alerts:

  • Stayager: Your sign-in code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Stayager: New booking at Lake Cabin, Nov 14-17. Details: https://app.stayager.com/reservations Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Stayager: You were assigned a turnover clean at Beach House on Nov 17 at 11:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from Stayager. We send one message confirming the opt-out, and you can reply START to opt back in. You can also turn text alerts off in Settings → Notifications at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number stays private

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy and the SMS section of our Terms.
