Security

Your business, kept private

Your bookings, guests, owners and books are the heart of your business. Here is how Stayager keeps them yours.

Signing in

Accounts are protected the way your bank protects yours.

  • Passkeys with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or your phone’s screen lock
  • Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, a text or the Stayager phone app
  • Admins always use two-step sign-in, and you can require it for everyone
  • Critical changes, like removing someone or changing billing, ask for a fresh check
  • See where you’re signed in, and sign out anything you don’t recognize

Who sees what

Each person gets a role and the homes they cover, and sees nothing else.

  • Seven built-in roles, from Admin to Cleaner and Accountant, plus custom roles
  • Everyone but admins and accountants covers only the homes you choose
  • Owners see their own homes in their own portal, and nothing of other owners
  • Guests and owners never see your team’s notes or Stayager AI’s notes
  • Invitation links work once, only for the email they were sent to, and expire

A record of every change

Every change in your workspace is written down as a plain sentence.

  • Who changed what, when and from where, with before and after
  • Changes Stayager makes on its own are shown as Stayager
  • Filter by person, area, home and date, and download it as a spreadsheet

Support only when you say so

Stayager’s support team can’t open your workspace unless an admin gives them access.

  • You choose the person, view only or view and change, and for how long
  • Access always ends on its own, and you can end it early
  • Support never gets Admin access, and never sees billing, security or your team list
  • Everything support does shows in your activity log

Your data, walled off

Each workspace’s records are kept apart in the database itself, not only in the app.

  • Every connection to Stayager is encrypted
  • Files you upload are scanned for viruses before anyone can open them
  • Keys you connect, like your channel manager’s, are stored encrypted
  • Your data is never sold or used for advertising

Money stays with you

Stayager doesn’t hold your guests’ money.

  • Guests who book direct pay into your own Stripe account
  • Card details go to Stripe and never touch Stayager’s servers
  • Stayager adds no booking fee and takes nothing from the payment
