Pricing questions
What counts as a home?
Each property you manage in Stayager is one home: a house, a cabin, a condo, or a single unit in a building. Pausing a home keeps its place on your plan. Offboarding it frees the place.
Is anything locked behind a higher plan?
There is no higher plan. Every feature is in the one plan from your first home, including the owner portal, statements, payouts, the channel manager and your own booking website.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature, and no card is needed to start. To keep going after that, choose monthly or yearly billing. Nothing is charged until you do.
Do my team, owners and cleaners pay?
No. Invite your whole team, your owners and your cleaners at no extra cost. You only pay for homes.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Guests who book direct pay straight into your own Stripe account at Stripe’s normal card rates. Stayager adds no booking fee and takes nothing from the payment.
What happens when I grow past 60 homes?
Your price stops growing. From 60 homes on it’s $599.00 a month, however many more homes you add.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time in Settings, and you keep using Stayager until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you’ve paid for.
Do I have to talk to sales?
No. Every price is on this page, and you can sign up and set up on your own. If you want a hand, real people answer at support, with no sales pitch.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Reservations and your books export to a spreadsheet in one click, and your accountant gets their own CSV.
Is sales tax added?
Where it applies, yes. Prices on this site are in US dollars before tax.
Is Stayager free for anyone?
Yes. Investors researching a rental, and cleaning or maintenance companies who work for hosts, each get a free workspace of their own.
