Questions, answered
What counts as a home?
Each property you manage in Stayager is one home: a house, a cabin, a condo, or a single unit in a building. Pausing a home keeps its place on your plan. Offboarding it frees the place.
Is anything locked behind a higher plan?
There is no higher plan. Every feature is in the one plan from your first home, including the owner portal, statements, payouts, the channel manager and your own booking website.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Guests who book direct pay straight into your own Stripe account at Stripe’s normal card rates. Stayager adds no booking fee and takes nothing from the payment.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time in Settings, and you keep using Stayager until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you’ve paid for.
